One head of strategy planning office	1. Major in business administration, administrative management, electromechanical engineering and related specialties, with bachelor degree or above as well as certificate of CET-6 or above and certificate of JLPT-2 or above; 2. 1. Have a comprehensive knowledge structure, solid theoretical basis in business administration and rich management experience, understand the basic theory of corporate strategy and market management, have a good knowledge of the internal operation management system of electrical and mechanical (automobile industry preferred) manufacturing industry and have related knowledge in finance and law. 4. One system specialist	1. Major in electric machine/ machinery/ quality/ automobile, with junior college degree or above; 2. Proficient in mastery and application of TS16949 system, and with over three years’ experience in system operation; have a strong awareness of system operation, work and act in a tough way and capable of exercising powerful maintenance and promotion on system operation; 3. Those having work experience in electric machine/ automobile/ household appliance industry or for well-known foreign mechanical and electrical manufacturing enterprise with sole proprietorship or joint stock preferred.
One salesman	1. Male, bachelor degree or above, major in business administration, marketing, international trade, electromechanical or automobile, with good appearance and temperament, full of confidence, pleasant personality, desirable comprehensive quality and great ability in perception and communication; 2. Have over two years’ working experience in related realm; 3. Applicants experienced in sales in the automobile manufacturing industry or with CET-6 certificate preferred.
One SQE specialist	1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electric machine/ machinery/ quality/ automobile and other related specialties, and have over three years’ working experience in related fields; 2. Proficient in mastery and application of TS16949 system, capable of being fully involved in assessment, of suppliers as per the management process of supplier as well as onsite examination and development, capable of following up the suppliers in their continuous quality improvement of products; 3. Work in a tough style and stick to principles; applicants with working experience of the same industry preferred.
One purchaser	1. Junior college degree or above, major in electric machine/ finance and accounting / business administration; 2. Have over three years’ working experience as purchaser in the mechanical industry; 3. Have great ability in communication and organization. 4. Those having work experience in electric machine/ automobile/ household appliance industry or for well-known foreign mechanical and electrical manufacturing enterprise with sole proprietorship or joint stock preferred.
One calibration operator	1. Junior college degree or above, major in electric machine/ machinery/ automobile/quality management; 2. Have over three years’ working experience as calibration operator and have calibration qualification certificate; 3. Work in a careful, conscientious, serious and down-to-earth style; proficient in applying office software;
One motor design engineer	1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electric machine/machinery; have over 5 years’ working experience in motor design and development; 2. Proficient in applying such mapping software as CAD, CATIA , Pro/E and UG.
One motor automation control engineer	Bachelor degree or above, major in automation control and have over three years’ full-time working experience in the field of (brushless) motor control technology and the like.
