Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently complete the electromagnetic and structural design of the motor according to the customer's requirements;
2. Responsible for improving the motor design of old products, resolving on-site issues, and developing some new products;
3. Responsible for proposing experimental verification plans for new products, avoiding design flaws, and verifying their feasibility.

Job requirements:
1. More than 3 years of experience in motor design, with a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in motor or mechanical engineering, proficient in motor principles, motor electromagnetic design, and structural design;
2. Having independent development and design capabilities, experience in electromagnetic and mechanical design of brushed and brushless motors is preferred;
3. Having a certain foundation in finite element analysis, able to use finite element simulation software for static strength calculation of motor structures, proficient in using 2D drawing software AUTOCAD, 3D modeling software Solidworks, etc. for motor modeling and engineering drawing;
4. Willing to endure hardship, have a strong sense of responsibility, obey leadership arrangements, have good communication and organizational coordination skills, and possess teamwork spirit.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and improve product quality and process quality inspection standards (CP, work instructions), processes, and supervise their implementation;
2. Analyze production line issues and organize relevant department personnel to develop improvement measures;  
3. Quality planning, problem analysis and improvement of new projects;  
4. When a customer complaint occurs, complete the analysis of defective products and prepare an 8D report, and synchronize with the client.

    
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in Electrical/Automotive Quality Management;
2. Proficient in using office software (Excel, World, PPT);
3. Proficient in using simple measuring tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers;
4. Familiar with the IATF16949 system, able to independently handle production line defects and prepare 8D reports;
5. Can prepare CP and homework instructions.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Equipment maintenance, model and fixture switching;
2. Implementation of equipment and fixture maintenance and updating of maintenance documents;
3. Debugging tracking and collection of spare parts information for newly imported equipment.

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, majoring in science and engineering;
2. 3 years or more of work experience, strong hands-on ability, and experience in repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment;
3. Familiar with electrical and automation equipment maintenance;
4. Experience in motor industry maintenance is preferred.
